On October 13, 2024, Shandong Huashi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. organized a two-day team-building and outdoor training program at Jinan Zhonggong Lewo Camp to strengthen employee cohesion and enhance teamwork.
The training activities included team games, rock climbing, and other challenges. Employees were divided into two competing teams—Orange and Green—and, under the guidance of professional coaches, participated in collaborative and individual competitions. The picturesque autumn scenery of Lewo Camp provided a refreshing backdrop, and the carefully designed tasks sparked enthusiasm among all participants. The two teams raced neck-and-neck, striving for collective honor in tests of physical endurance, mental agility, and perseverance. Amid the friendly rivalry, teammates cheered each other on, sharing the joy of success and valuable experiences along the way.

On the second day, a live-action CS (Combat Simulation) competition was held. The event progressed from team battles to individual showdowns (4v4, 3v3, 2v2, and 1v1), culminating in the selection of the company’s top performers.
